Established in 1994, CFPD is well-versed in Supplemental Needs Trusts. We are the largest and longest-standing, locally managed pooled trust in Colorado. Serving people with disabilities and older adults, our range of services has grown to meet the wide demands of helping families protect and conserve assets and enhance the quality of life.
CFPD seeks to enhance the independence and quality of life for people who are elderly or disabled and their families. CFPD actively evaluates, monitors, oversees, coordinates and implements services in partnership with its clients and their families to ensure and maintain their rights, integrity and dignity.
