M. Kent Olsen - President
A partner in the law firm of Olsen & Traeger, LLP, Kent specializes in estate planning; administration and litigation; guardianships; conservatorships; advance medical directives; individuals with disabilities; and elder law. A member of the Trust and Estate Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association, he is past chair of the section as well as the Rules and Forms Committee. Previously a column editor for the Colorado Lawyer, he co-chaired the Protective Proceedings Act subcommittee and now serves on the Statutory Revisions Committee. He was a referee of the Denver Probate Court for six years and an appointed member of the Governor's Commission on Life and the Law. His name appears in Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the World, the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and the Colorado Super Lawyers 2006 to 2010.

Stephanie Brennan - Secretary
Stephanie is a third-generation Coloradan who has been an associate with the firm Hurth, Yeager, Sisk & Blakemore since 2002. She received her J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1998, was an articles editor with the Land and Water Law Review and a member of the Order of the Barristers. She clerked for the Hon. Richard V. Thomas of the Wyoming Supreme Court and the Hon. Frank Dubofsky of Colorado's Twentieth Judicial District. She has training in trial advocacy and depositions from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. In addition, she is licensed to practice law in the Colorado State Courts and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.

Gregory Seal - Treasurer
Gregory, CFP®, MBA, CIMC®, CIMA®, is President of Seal Financial Services, Inc., and C-Hall Corporation (both established in 1985.) He earned his MBA from Regis College in Denver and his undergraduate degree from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah. Seal Financial Services, Inc. is a Registered Investment Advisor with the Federal Securities Exchange Commission. He is the past President of the Financial Planning Association of Colorado, author of the book "The Guide for Heirs and Survivors" and co-author of "Making the Money Last."

Linda Chism Andre, LCSW - Director
Linda received her B.S. in Education, with a minor in Rehabilitation Services from the University of Colorado at Denver and her Master of Social Work from the University of Denver. A licensed Clinical Social Worker, she has been awarded her Certificate in Gerontology, Social Services for the Elderly and was one of the original staff members of the Atlantis Community, Inc. where she was actively involved with county, state, and Federal programs that served the needs of the disabled community. Her actions in the “Gang of Nineteen,” that blocked RTD buses at Lincoln & Colfax in downtown Denver in 1979, lead to full accessibility of all RTD fixed route buses in the Denver Metro area. Semi-retired since 1992, she is now a professional fiduciary who also acts as a court appointed guardian, case manager, and consultant. Her first love will always be advocating on behalf of others.

Weslyn Austin - Director

Dr. Tom Bost - Director
Tom is the parent of a child who has cerebral palsy, seizures and cortical visual impairment. He has been practicing medicine in Colorado since 1983 and grew up in Michigan. He and his wife have been active in the disability community as well as health care reform.

Brad Frigon - Director

Nancy Susan Germany - Director
Nancy (Susie) is an attorney with the Germany Law Firm, P.C., a probate and elder law firm with locations in Denver, Erie and Broomfield. Her practice focuses on the areas of wills, trusts, living wills, powers of attorney, estate administration, estate planning, probate, elder law, Medicaid, guardianships and conservatorships. A native Coloradan, she received her law degree from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock. She is a member of the Alaska Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association, as well as past chair of the Elder Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association. She is also a member of the Erie Chamber of Commerce, Alliance of Professional Women, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, a team sponsor and a volunteer for Colorado Special Olympics.

Douglas Heagren - Director
Douglas is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor with over 11 years experience in complex financial planning. He is a former director of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Columbus (Ohio); a current member of the Rocky Mountain Estate Planning Council, Rotary Club of Highlands Ranch and Financial Planning Association of Colorado; and is Treasurer for the Hearth at Highlands Ranch.

Daniel A. Rich - Director
Daniel is the Executive Vice President and Trust Department Manager of Steele Street Bank & Trust. He is a licensed attorney with a law degree from the University of Denver, College of Law, and an MBA in finance from the University of Colorado. He also completed a number of post-graduate courses in the LLM tax program at the University of Denver.

Betty Lehman - Director
As the Executive Director of the Autism Society of Colorado (ASC), Betty has worked for 20 years to promote quality of life for people with developmental disabilities and their families. Along with the ASC she has spearheaded and passed 18 laws in Colorado to support and protect thousands of children with disabilities. She served on the Colorado Interagency Coordinating Council (CICC) and the board of Denver Options. She wrote the first Colorado manual for transitioning a child with autism into a preschool setting, is the creator of Autism Answers, has produced eight short films on autism, and worked with the Children's Hospital to develop an autism program to support patient management. As the developer and chair of the Colorado Autism Commission since 2008, under her leadership, the ASC has grown from an all-volunteer nonprofit to a sustainable business with eight staff members. The recipient of several prestigious awards, Betty continues to work for the well being of not only people with developmental disabilities but all Coloradans.
